Responsibities

  • Manage both on‐page SEO and off‐page SEO for the company
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high‐quality content around important, relevant terms
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal‐setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Stay up‐to‐date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
  • Identify areas for improving technical SEO, focusing mainly on site speed
  • Link building and Ranking Analysis
  • Proficiency in managing PPC accounts on AdWords
  • Should be able to manage both Search and Display campaigns
  • Exposure to and hands‐on experience managing AdWords retargeting/remarketing campaigns is a must
  • Should be well versed in implementing ad‐extensions like Call‐Outs, Site links, Structured Snippets, etc.
  • Managing and maintaining large keyword lists. Keyword research and contextual understanding
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords
  • Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and other contextual advertising platforms
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across the Search & Display networks, and other facets of paid search in accordance with revenue goals
  • Create new paid search campaigns, ad groups, & keywords and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives as per websites assigned
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Traffic and Competitor Analysis regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
  • 2 years+ experience in SEO with Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools like Google Keyword Tool, Moz, SEMrush etc.
  • Knowledge of other tools like Open site explorer, Majestic SEO tools, SEO site checkup, Ahrefs etc would be an added advantage
  • Experience with data‐driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of humor
